Northrop Grumman Corp. names VP of market development

Northrop Grumman Corp., a Los Angeles-based defense contractor, announced it named Timothy J. Winter as vice president of market development for the company's Electronic Systems sector in Linthicum. In the newly created position, Winter will be responsible for developing and overseeing strategic campaign and client-capture strategies.
Winter, a Northrop Grumman employee since 1981, most recently served as director of naval and missile defense.
