Four attorneys join Baltimore law firm Miles & Stockbridge P.C.

Baltimore law firm Miles & Stockbridge P.C. announced Wednesday that four lawyers have joined that firm, moving from Venable LLP. J. Michael Brennan, Sandra L. Howard, Charles E. Rosolio and Theresa J. Withers-Williams bring a significant amount of experience in banking and finance; corporate and securities; franchise and distribution; and real estate law to Miles.
The group will work out of Miles' Towson office representing middle-market companies, Miles said in a news release. Brennan and Howard were partners at Venable in that firm's real estate practice group, and they will continue to represent developers, businesses and financial institutions in that practice area at Miles & Stockbridge. Rosolio, also a former Venable partner, and Withers-Williams are corporate law specialists, which was their area of focus at Venable and in which they will continue at their new firm.
