Target Logistics Inc., of Baltimore, a freight forwarding and logistics services company, reported net income in its fiscal third quarter ended March 31 of $340,150, or 2 cents per diluted share, compared to $609,642, or 3 cents per diluted share, in the year-ago period. Third-quarter revenue totaled $43.7 million versus $37.1 million in the comparable 2006 fiscal period.
