Daily Record, The (Baltimore), May 9, 2007

> The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission office in Baltimore said it sued an Elkton auto parts store owner for subjecting female employees to a sexually hostile work environment resulting in their forced termination, and discharging another employee for opposing the sexual harassment. In a lawsuit filed in federal court in Baltimore, EEOC alleged that Jerome Chernock, general manager and owner of B&H Auto Parts Inc., made repeated requests for sex; touched, grabbed and assaulted female employees against their will; exposed himself; and made frequent sexually derogatory and vulgar comments, such as telling a female employee that she should give a client "some [sex] because it would be good for business" and telling another that she had "to do him," the agency alleged.
