Bethesda-based E-centives Inc. now Invenda Corp.

E-centives Inc., of Bethesda, an online direct marketing infrastructure company, announced that it has changed its name to Invenda Corp. to denote its broader marketing identity. The company said since its founding in 1996, it has evolved and expanded, both through internal development and corporate acquisitions of four different businesses, into a provider of technology and services in the field of online marketing and advertising.
Invenda also announced that, on May 18, it undertook a one for10 reverse stock split, reducing the number of outstanding shares of common stock from approximately 62.5 million to 6.25 million.
