Maryland technology firms announce staffing changes: August 3, 2007

RWD Technologies Inc., a company that develops and implements organizational performance solutions, promoted Michael Bray to the position of chief operating officer. Bray is responsible for the operational leadership of RWD, expanding RWD's market reach into several key vertical markets such as life sciences and energy, and increasing companywide revenue. Bray joined RWD in 1995 and has directed multiple divisions, including the Enterprise Learning Solutions Group for North America.
Audacious Inquiry LLC, a boutique management and technology consulting firm, opened its headquarters in Howard County's Center for Business and Technology Development. In addition, three experienced professionals joined the AI team: Jay Fridkis, Scott Afzal and David Finney. Fridkis has proven leadership experience and project management skills in multiple areas. Afzal comes from Accenture Inc., where he served as a business and systems integration consultant. Finney joins AI from Brown Advisory, a Baltimore-based asset management firm.
