White Marsh-based Williams Scotsman International's rosy report

Williams Scotsman International Inc., of White Marsh, a provider of mobile office and storage units, said Friday its second-quarter profit rose as rental revenue grew. The company earned $14.6 million, or 33 cents per share, up 26 percent from $11.6 million, or 27 cents per share, in the same period a year ago.

Revenue rose 28 percent to $203.7 million from $159.1 million. Analysts, on average, were expecting a profit of 31 cents per share on revenue of $179.6 million, according to a poll by Thomson Financial.
