Annapolis office building sold

Manekin LLC, a Columbia-based commercial real estate and residential land development company, announced the sale for $11.2 million of the Power Technology Center, a 63,100-square-foot, Class A office building at 201 Defense Highway in Annapolis. Manekin represented both the seller, Cousins Team II LLC, and the buyer, Belvedere Management.
The three-story, 17-year-old building is fully leased to long-term tenants that include Anne Arundel Medical Systems and Alion Science and Technology Corp.
