Maryland architecture firms announce staffing changes: October 19,

Baltimore-based planning and architecture design firm Development Design Group has expanded ownership and made several new key appointments within the organization. New stockholders assuming ownership positions within the firm include Brandon Diamond, Dustin Watson and Tony van Vliet, all of whom were promoted to the position of associate vice president from senior associate. Development Design Group is a leading international architecture, planning and design firm with a history of creating high-profile, high-quality environments around the world.

Hord Coplan Macht Inc. (HCM), a Baltimore-based architecture and landscape architecture firm, has added Scott Huot as landscape architect to the HCM team. Huot joins HCM with more than 18 years of industry experience. In his new role, Huot will serve as a senior landscape architect and project manager. He specializes in campus planning and landscape architecture for higher education campuses.
