Daily Record, The (Baltimore), Oct 30, 2007

IWIF Workers' Compensation Insurance, of Towson, announced a 5 percent overall reduction in base rates, largely driven by an approximate 10 percent decrease in claims frequency over the past two years. In addition, IWIF said 16 job classifications in five industries will receive "dramatic" rate cuts.
