Daily Record, The (Baltimore), Oct 30, 2007

Personal-injury lawsuits against GlaxoSmithKline Plc over its top- selling diabetes drug Avandia will be consolidated in a federal court in Philadelphia, a panel of judges concluded. Lawyers for Glaxo, Europe's biggest drug maker, said the company faces 27 federal lawsuits alleging Avandia caused heart attacks.
