Williams Scotsman Inc., of White Marsh, a supplier of mobile office and storage units, announced its acquisition of approximately 225 mobile office and commercial units from Riverton, Utah-based South Valley Leasing, a supplier of trailers, mobile offices and portable, prefabricated and modular buildings in the Salt Lake City area.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Williams Scotsman said the transaction is intended to support its business and fleet expansion strategy in the growing Western U.S. market, with a focus on industrial and new commercial construction, as well as manufacturing fueled by facility expansions.
