Hawkins joins Department of Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care

Sterling B. Hawkins has been appointed chief of acquisition and material management service for Department of Veterans Affairs Maryland Health Care System. Hawkins brings more than 20 years of federal supply, logistics and finance management experience to the VA. He will manage a staff of 60 employees and an inventory of more than $100 million.
