Singerman joins B&D Consulting

Phillip Singerman, assistant secretary of commerce for economic development during the Clinton administration, has joined B&D Consulting as a senior vice president. Singerman is a widely respected national innovator in public/private technology venture partnerships. In his new role, he will assist clients in formulating economic development strategies, create and evaluate technology transfer and commercialization programs, and seek federal funding.
