Lockheed Martin taps AAI Corp. of Hunt Valley for trainer

> AAI Corp., of Hunt Valley, said its wholly owned subsidiary, AAI Services, received a competitive award from Lockheed Martin Corp. to design and develop the aircraft systems maintenance trainer for the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter. Financial terms were not disclosed. AAI teamed with the DiSTI Corp., of Orlando, Fla., a developer of Human Machine Interface software, to propose a training media that combines realistic aircraft simulation with high- fidelity 2-D/3-D images in a classroom setting.
