Institute of Real Estate Management panel to forecast 2007 real

The Institute of Real Estate Management will hold its 19th annual forecast breakfast from 7 to 9:30 a.m. Dec. 7 at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront, 1401 S.W. Naito Parkway.
Experts will speak on the 2007 forecast for finance, retail, industrial, multifamily and office space.
The panel of speakers includes Colin Elder of Genworth Financial; Ron Dowhaniuk of Staubach Retail Services; H. Roger Qualman of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson; Mark Barry of Mark D. Barry and Associates; and Michael Lynch of Equity Office Properties Trust.
The cost is $60 per person; tables of 10 can be reserved for $600.
