Renewable energy standard bill to go another round in Oregon Senate

The Oregon House on Wednesday passed Senate Bill 838 to establish a renewable energy standard that would require 25 percent of the state's electricity to come from renewable sources by 2025. The Oregon Senate is expected to vote again on the bill next week.
