DEVELOPMENT
Hoyt Street Properties has promoted Jillian Deleuw to executive assistant. In addition, it has hired Danielle Jodoin as its office manager.
Deleuw's new role will be to support President and CEO Tiffany Sweitzer and assist in master planning efforts. She has been with Hoyt for three years. Deleuw also serves on the North Pearl District Planning Advisory Committee and as commercial director on the board of three homeowners associations and will represent Hoyt on the Fields Neighborhood Park Citizens Advisory Committee. A graduate of the University of Oregon, she holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
Jodoin will support members of the development team and manage day-to-day business activities. Previously, she worked in the apparel industry with DbM Inc. A graduate of Oregon State University, she holds a bachelor's in merchandising management and a minor in business administration.
REAL ESTATE
NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson has hired Cary Morris to its property management team.
DESIGN
Yost Grube Hall has hired Nicole De Jong, Blythe Woodward, Sarah Weber and Zach Moran to its design team.
De Jong holds a Bachelor of Arts in European history from Carleton University and is currently finishing her Bachelor of Arts in architecture at Portland State University. She has 10 years' experience in marketing research. She is working on the Center for Health Education at Clackamas Community College's Harmony Campus.
Woodward holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture from Tulane University. She practiced in Hawaii for one year at Eight Inc. She is working on Yost Grube Hall's Academic & Student Recreation Center design-build project at Portland State University as well as a concept branch for First Independent Bank in Vancouver.
Weber holds a Bachelor of Arts in interior design with a minor in architecture from the University of Idaho. She previously held an internship at Washington State University in the facilities department. She is working on a tenant improvement and office expansion project for Cushman & Wakefield and is studying to take her Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Commercial Interiors exam.
Moran holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oregon. He is working on Yost Grube Hall's Academic & Student Recreation Center project at Portland State University and a master plan project for an overseas client.
