Portland-based Thomas Hacker Architects hires Mooney

Thomas Hacker Architects has hired Scott Mooney to its design team.
Mooney is working on the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Visitor's Center. He holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in urban studies from Stanford University.
