Portland State University will feature nine courses on real estate in its winter semester.

The PSU Center for Real Estate offers a graduate certificate in real estate development, a major in business with an option in real estate finance and an undergraduate minor in real estate development.

Courses at PSU are eligible for licensing credit in Oregon and Washington for real estate brokers and appraisers.

Real estate courses will be offered on topics such as finance and investment, land use and urban economics and will be taught by real estate experts such as Bruce Wood, a Portland developer, and Ed Sullivan, a Portland land-use attorney.
