Oregon State University hires John F. Conley

Oregon State University's College of Engineering has hired John F. Conley Jr. as a signature faculty fellow at the Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnologies Institute.

Conley will help with development and commercialization of new materials and devices currently under way at ONAMI and other Oregon research universities. He spent a dozen years as a senior scientist at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Dynamics Research Corp. and Sharp Laboratories of America. He holds a doctorate in engineering science and mechanics from Pennsylvania State University.
