Portland-based Allen Trust Co. hires Poveda

Allen Trust Co. has hired Monica P. Poveda as an assistant portfolio manager.
Poveda holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management information systems from the University of Tulsa. A world-ranked professional tennis player, she worked as an assistant coach of the University of Oregon's Women's Tennis team and also ran a computer consulting business in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. She is currently working on a Master of Science in financial analysis at Portland State University and is a Level I candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
