Ater Wynne LLP hires Prentice, Falatko

Ater Wynne LLP has hired attorneys Bill Prentice and Ethan Falatko to its energy group.

Prentice, of counsel, has 20 years of experience providing counsel to Northwest power companies. Licensed in Oregon, he advises clients on transactions involving wind, solar, geothermal, natural gas, coal and hydro power projects.

Associate Falatko advises clients on the topics of regulatory compliance, oil pipeline, energy and environmental issues. He is a former assistant attorney general for the state of Alaska and also served as president of the Juneau Bar Association. He is licensed in Alaska and is applying for licenses in Oregon and Washington.
