Wells Fargo has hired Chris Cline as wealth management director for Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Cline will direct a staff of eight trust officers and planners and will provide customers with investment, financial planning and estate planning services. He has 16 years of experience in planning and administering estates of high-net-worth clients. Previously, he was a partner and estate planning attorney with Holland & Knight in Portland, and also worked as an attorney at Lane Powell in Portland and Pillsbury Madison & Sutro in San Francisco. In addition, Cline is the author of "Oregon Estate Planning and Administration Code, Annotated" and is a former adjunct professor at Lewis & Clark College's Northwest School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from San Francisco State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of California San Francisco.
