United Way recognizes Portland law firm

Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt has received two awards for its participation in the United Way of the Columbia-Willamette's 2007 workplace campaign.
The entire firm was given the Best in Trade award for professional services and Schwabe executive assistant Catherine Schaffner was given the Campaign Coordinator Award for companies with under 300 employees.
Schwabe was recognized for the its overall performance in the program, taking into factor data such as total funds raised, percent of employee participation and percent increase over the prior year. The more than 500 companies that participated in this year's United Way campaign raised $19 million for the organization.
