Commercial Real Estate Women Portland to hold Pearl walking tour in

Commercial Real Estate Women Portland will hold a walking tour of the North Pearl District as part of its May lunch meeting.

The tour will begin at the Waterfront Pearl Showroom, 1200 N.W. Naito Parkway, Suite 100, at 11 a.m. and will continue on to the Encore condominiums, The Metropolitan, The Wyatt, Machine Works and The Lovejoy. A lunch will be held at Bridgeport Brewing following the tour.

Speakers on the tour include Edwina Feeney, principal broker with Waterfront Pearl; Marilyn Andersen, principal broker with Hoyt Realty Group; Kathleen Healy, senior associate broker with Urban Works; Mark Friel, vice president of Pacific Real Estate Partners Inc.; Carly Terrall, property manager of The Wyatt; and David Squire, Brandon Frank and Eric Haskins of Grubb & Ellis.
