Cascadia picks project reps for Salem facility
Daily Journal of Commerce (Portland, OR), Jun 19, 2008
Cascadia Development LLC has chosen employees Jesse Lovrien, Elesa Doll, Pam Rushing and Shelley George as project representatives for its new mixed-use facility at the corner of Church and Trade streets, in Salem.
The project at 295 Church St. broke ground in the Pringle Park Urban Renewal district in November 2007. The currently vacant half- acre lot will become a five-story facility that will house the city of Salem Information Technology on its second floor, a new studio and office for Capital Community Television and 1,800 square feet of retail space on its ground floor. The top three floors will hold 27 residential condominium units.
Construction on the project will be completed by January.
