A 21-unit apartment complex near Portland State University has been sold for $1.8 million.
Portland-based CV Newton Co. brokered the sales of The Altamont Apartments, a 1904 complex at 506 S.W. College St., in Portland. The property is one block from PSU and on the light-rail route.
Clay Newton of CV Newton Co. represented both the buyer, 506 College LLC, and the seller, Sing and Debbie Chan. The buyer plans to refurbish the building. The sale was completed on June 27.
