University of Oregon to host energy law symposium on Friday

Secretary of State Bill Bradbury will speak in Eugene on Friday at a symposium titled Living on a Finite Earth: Energy Law and Policy for a New Era.
The event will address energy technology and policy during panel discussions and keynote presentations, as well as the environmental justice implications of energy development and climate change.
The free event will be held from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the University of Oregon Knight Law Center, Room 175, 1515 Agate St., in Eugene. To register, visit www.law.uoregon.edu.
