Gershman Mortgage ranked among top 20 leaders for FHA programs

Gershman Mortgage, one of the largest mortgage lenders in St. Louis, ranked among the top 20 originators for Basic FHA multifamily programs. The listing is compiled by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Gershman ranked 18th nationwide by loan volume for fiscal year 2004 through Sept. 30.

The Basic FHA category covers all multifamily FHA loans, including apartments, health care facilities, nursing homes and assisted living facilities with the exception of preservation loans and hospitals. Gershman ranked 20th by loan volume at the end of fiscal year 2003. For 50 years, Gershman has provided financing for residential real estate in the St. Louis region and for commercial multifamily projects nationwide.
