MO's Govt. e-Management Solutions appoints technical writer

Anita Joggerst has been appointed technical writer for the revenue management software team at Government e-Management Solutions Inc., which provides financial, human resource and property management software to governments nationwide. She is responsible for writing software training manuals, materials and online help files for use in instructing new customers.
She also coordinates the Lunch & Learn internal training sessions. Bringing more than 15 years to GEMS, she most recently served as technical writer for EDS. She holds a bachelor's degree in education from Southeast Missouri State University and has completed postgraduate work at Webster University and Harris-Stowe State College. She is a member of the St. Louis Master Gardeners and the Society for Technical Communications.
