Government e-Management Solutions hires regional sales manager

Blaise Cooper has joined Government e-Management Solutions Inc. as regional sales manager. GEMS provides financial, human resources and revenue management software to governments nationwide. As regional sales manager, Cooper develops long-term relationships with customers and prospects within Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, South Carolina and North Carolina.
He markets GEMS software to prospects, makes product presentations and establishes reference accounts within his region. Cooper has nearly 20 years of sales and sales management experience. He joins GEMS from his role as national sales manager at Harland Financial Solutions, one of the nation's largest producers of software for financial institutions. He also served as a sales representative at St. Louis Fluid Systems Technologies, located in St. Louis. Cooper earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in management from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Mo.
