Carolyn Wolff joins St. Louis office of Bryan Cave LLP

Carolyn Wolff has joined the international law firm Bryan Cave LLP in the firm's St. Louis office. Wolff joins Bryan Cave's Employee Benefits Group as of counsel after retiring from Anheuser- Busch Companies, Inc., where she served as associate general counsel until January 2005.
During her 13 years at Anheuser-Busch Companies, Wolff advised many of the company's departments on a range of employee benefit matters, including retirement and welfare benefits. She also had broad exposure to executive and stock-based compensation, fiduciary, labor, international and securities matters. Prior to joining Anheuser-Busch Companies, Wolff was a principal at Greensfelder, Hemker and Gale.
Wolff received her JD in 1977 from Washington University and her AB in 1962 from Radcliffe College.
