The local chapter of Phi Delta Kappa will sponsor a talk by E.D. "Gene" Davis, Idaho State University, at the Uintah School auditorium, 1300 S. 1500 East, Wednesday, April 2, at 4 p.m. His topic will be "Are Your Schools Effective? How Do You Know?"
