Why is so much time and energy being spent on trying to bring down Martha Stewart when she seems to be new, baby potatoes compared to the likes of the good-ole-boy networks at Enron, Adelphia, Tyco, Arthur Anderson and Global Crossing? They're the real root rot in our economic garden. Even with her hand caught in a Vintage McCoy cookie jar, I'm sure Martha will come out smelling like a Rosa Louise Odier.
