Dixie (9-12) at Judge (13-8)

Union (12-9) at Pine View (11-10)

Notes: Delta and Carbon tied for Region 8's last playoff spot, and according to region rules head-to-head record is the first tiebreaker, and Carbon beat Delta twice. Tooele and Ben Lomond tied for Region 11's last playoff spot and will have a play-in game Tuesday. Cedar and Canyon View tied for Region 9's last playoff spot and will have a play-in game Tuesday at the Cedar Middle School.

Notes: Manti and North Sevier tied for first in Region 12, and Manti won the coin flip to earn the top seed. Kanab and Millard finished tied for second in Region 13 and Kanab won coin flip for the second seed.

Notes: Canyon View and Cedar tied for first in Region 9, but Cedar won the coin flip and earned the top seed. Hurricane and Dixie tied for Region 9's last playoff spot, and will have a play-in game Tuesday night at Dixie State College. Uintah, Judge and Park City all finished with 6-4 region records. Uintah won the coin flip to finish second, and Judge finished third.
