Michael Lee Qualls, age 46, passed away unexpectedly Oct. 17, 2004.
Born October 21, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Utah, son of Virgil Gail and Barbara Leone Murdock Qualls. Married Pamela VanSchelt April 15, 1983 in Bennion, Utah. He was a long time employee of National Semi- Conductor (25 years) and loved skiing and all outdoor activities. He will be remembered for his kindness and generosity, his sudden smile and silly jokes.
Survived by wife, Pamela; children, Darby (Zandi) Wilcox, Salt Lake City; Lindsi (Seth) Roberts, South Jordan; Vance (Amy) Wilcox, Syracuse; Mallory Qualls, Sandy; Michael Qualls, Sandy; six grandchildren; sisters, Merdie Tone, Deming, NM; Peggy (Dan) Rowley, Fillmore; Mary (Scott) Fornelius, North Salt Lake. Preceded in death by parents; brother, Joe; brother-in-law, Larry Hoffman.

Funeral services will be held Friday, 12:00 noon at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Rd where a viewing will be held Thurs., October 21st, 6-8 p.m. and Friday, 11-11:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Valley View Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers donations to the family to assist with funeral expenses would be appreciated.
