Bear Lake Recreation to acquire Vault Tech

Salt Lake-based Bear Lake Recreation Inc. said Tuesday it will acquire Vault Technologies Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
Vault is an Alberta-based technology company that designs, manufactures, markets, implements and services information parking products.
