Salt Lake-based DW Healthcare Partners has sold a portfolio company, The Radlinx Group, to NightHawk Radiology Holdings Inc. for $53 million.
DW is a health-care-focused private equity firm. Nighthawk provides radiology services to medical groups and hospitals throughout the United States.
