PROVO -- Nine MBA candidates at the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University have been named winners of $10,000 Hawes scholarships, the highest distinction given to MBA students at the school.
This year's winners are Diego Carroll, Orem; Michael Conrad, Lake Oswego, Ore.; Marco Gaertner, Sao Paulo, Brazil; Makoto Ishizaka, Tokyo; Scott Jolley, Mesa, Ariz., Rodrigo Ribeiro, Sao Paulo, Brazil; Taber Rigg, Anchorage, Alaska; Ryan Stevens, Gilbert, Ariz.; and Jennifer Wagner, Oklahoma City.
