Republican congressional candidate David Leavitt loaned his campaign $131,208 and only raised $54,325.42, based on a report with the Federal Election Commission filed late Tuesday. Contributions reported in a story Wednesday, which were based on estimates provided by Leavitt before he had filed his report, did not include the amount of the loan.
