--Ryan Malone and Marian Hossa, Penguins. Malone had two goals and an assist and Hossa added a goal and three assists to lead Pittsburgh to a 6-0 victory over Philadelphia and a spot in the Stanley Cup finals.

SNAPPED

Pittsburgh advanced to the Stanley Cup finals for the first time since 1992, beating Philadelphia 6-0 Sunday to win the Eastern Conference finals 4-1. The Penguins are 10-0 in the playoffs when scoring first.

SHUTOUTS

Marc-Andre Fleury stopped 21 shots to record his third shutout this postseason, helping Pittsburgh advance to the Stanley Cup finals with a 6-0 victory over Philadelphia on Sunday. Fleury is 22- 4-1 since late November.

SIDELINED

Philadelphia defenseman Kimmo Timonen returned for Game 5 of the Eastern Conference finals Sunday, a 6-0 season-ending loss, after sitting out the first four games with a blood clot in his left ankle.

STREAKING

Pittsburgh is 12-2 in the postseason and 8-0 in 47-year-old Mellon Arena, the NHL's oldest arena, following Sunday's 6-0 shutout of Philadelphia in the fifth and deciding game of the Eastern Conference finals.
