Superior Air Handling acquired by Harris Cos.

The Harris Cos., a group of mechanical contractors based in Minnesota, have acquired Superior Air Handling Corp., an employee- owned sheet-metal contractor in Clearfield.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Harris said the transaction will grow its revenues by $30 million to $50 million per year and strengthens its brand in the West, Southwest and Midwest.
Both companies were founded in 1948. Superior has worked on projects in the nuclear-power, high-rise, semiconductor, sports- facility and health-care industries.
