-- Jennifer Hurst and Steve Hextell have joined Red Ledges as vice presidents. Hurst is vice president of marketing. She has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, most recently as the marketing director for another company. Hextell is vice president of sales. He has more than 20 years of experience in building and managing upscale master-planned communities. Prior to joining Red Ledges, Hextell served as the area vice president and general manager for another company.

-- Joanne M. Jorgensen and John S. Treu have joined the law firm Snow, Christensen & Martineau. Jorgensen's practice includes a wide range of civil litigation, including product liability defense, insurance defense, personal injury defense and contract disputes. Treu's practice encompasses business transactions, tax law and estate planning. Both graduated from the University of Utah.

-- Denise Mackun has joined the Southland office of Windermere Real Estate/St. George LLC Inc. She previously was with another company.

-- Michelle Howell and Nicole Lash have joined Love Communications' account service team. Both are account coordinators. Howell will help manage day-to-day needs of many of the agency's retail-based clients. She previously was a media assistant and a marketing assistant at a pair of firms. Her education includes a degree from the University of Utah. Lash will work primarily on the agency's health and public awareness campaigns. Before joining Love, Lash worked at a Salt Lake City-based public relations firm as an account executive. She has a degree from Brigham Young University- Idaho.

-- Alison Looney-Swillinger has been elected to president of the Junior League of Salt Lake City. She has been a volunteer with the Junior League for 10 years, during which time she has served on the JLSLC board as membership vice president. She also has served as development director, nominating director and community director. Swillinger works as an attorney for Chevron.

-- Timothy Pickett has joined Green Construction as an estimator. He has 10 years of experience in the industry and has specialized in large pipe-oriented projects.

-- Robert R. "Bob" Dalley has joined Deseret Power as chief financial officer and vice president. He has 30 years of experience in finance-related functions and management. Most recently, Dalley was with a financial group based in Salt Lake City and spent 23 years at a power utility company. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

-- Tony Coop has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as retail specialist at the Salt Lake City office. He will focus on the acquisition and disposition of commercial property, working on lease and sales transactions for tenants and landlords plus site selection for retail stores in the Western region. He has experience at a pair of other agencies.

-- Jim Cudahy has joined Sabinsa Corp. as president. He will manage day-to-day operations of both the New Jersey and Utah offices. Cudahy has more than 26 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, working for several Fortune 100 companies in the food industry. He has additional experience in the natural products industry. His experience includes manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, contract manufacturing and sales.

-- Ray D. Pickup has been promoted to president and chief executive officer of Workers Compensation Fund. He served as WCF's chief operating officer for the past year and was chief financial officer for 13 years before that. His career has included several years in public accounting. He has a pair of degrees from Brigham Young University. Pickup succeeds Lane A. Summerhays, who is retiring to serve as mission president for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Pittsburgh.

-- Chris Redgrave has taken over as chairwoman of the Salt Lake Chamber Board of Governors. Redgrave is vice president and general manager of Bonneville Salt Lake Radio Group. She is the 100th person to lead the board since 1902 and is only the second woman leader. Before becoming chairwoman, she chaired the chamber's communications committee.

-- Joshua E. Little has been named to the board of directors of the law firm Durham Jones & Pinegar. In this role, he also will serve as the managing attorney of the firm's St. George office. He previously was chairman of the firm's corporate and securities practice group. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

-- Jeremy Andrus has been named president of Skullcandy. He formerly was chief operating officer. He will oversee the sales, operation and financial aspects of the business. Before joining Skullcandy in 2004, Andrus was director of strategic planning and acquisitions for a boutique hotel owner/operator and managed his own hotel development projects focused on Marriott franchise properties. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.

-- Pamela Baumeister has been named associate publisher/editor- in-chief for Wasatch Woman magazine by MediaOne. Baumeister is the former president of a Salt Lake-based advertising and public relations agency.
