A pair of Utah media Web sites were among the top 10 most-used online destinations in June, according to Nielsen Online.
Data for June indicates that Deseret News was seventh-ranked on the list of top online current events and global news destinations, ranked by the number of sessions per person. The News site had 6.4 sessions per person and a unique audience of 905,000.
Ksl.com was ninth, with 5.9 sessions per person and a unique audience of 982,000.
Topping the list was drudgereport.com, with 21.2 sessions per person, and Daily Kos, with 10.0, followed by Fox News Digital Network, AOL News, CNN Digital Network and Yahoo News. The two Utah entities finished ahead of MSNBC Digital Network, Gannett Newspapers and Newspaper Division, NYTimes.com and USATODAY.com , washingtonpost.com, Gannett Broadcasting and Cox Newspapers.
