Summer Olympics: NBC (Ch. 5) has coverage from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., 6:30-11 p.m. and 11:30-4 a.m.; CNBC from 10 p.m.-midnight; MSNBC from 6-8 a.m.; Oxygen from 7-9 p.m.; and USA from 7-8 a.m. and 3-7 a.m.

Little League World Series: International championship (10:30 a.m., Ch. 4); U.S. championship (1 p.m., Ch. 4)

Primeval (7 and 10 p.m., BBC America): Giant prehistoric crocodiles are wreaking havoc.

Dear Prudence (7 p.m., Hallmark): TV movie about a Martha Stewart- esque character, Prudence (Jane Seymour), who stumbles onto a murder and becomes a reluctant detective.

Summer Olympics: NBC (Ch. 5) has coverage from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6-10 p.m. (including the closing ceremonies); CNBC from 10 p.m.- midnight and 10 p.m.-midnight.; MSNBC from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. and 6-8 a.m.; and USA from 7-9 a.m.

Little League World Series (1:30 p.m., Ch. 4): Championship game

Mountain West Conference 10th Anniversary Special (8 p.m., The mtn.): MWC Commissioner Craig Thompson hosts this half hour, which we're told will celebrate the most defining moments of the past decade. Including, ahem, the creation of The mtn. itself.

Mad Men (8, 9 and 11 p.m., AMC): Don is in a car accident; we learn more about Peggy, her baby and her family.

Generation Kill (10 p.m., HBO): In the series finale, First Recon reaches Baghdad.
