The tax-protest "tea party" in Washington was rained on. The tea bags got soggy, and it was a perfect example of original intent.

I enclosed a tea bag with my tax return. In the event the folks at the IRS were health enthusiasts, I chose green tea.

Do the British protest with crumpets? Just asking.

The Tea Bag Brigade needs more lasting props. How about bronze statues of those celebrity evaders Tim Geithner and Tom Daschle?
