The tax-protest "tea party" in Washington was rained on. The tea bags got soggy, and it was a perfect example of original intent.
I enclosed a tea bag with my tax return. In the event the folks at the IRS were health enthusiasts, I chose green tea.
Do the British protest with crumpets? Just asking.
