The Utah Department of Commerce has announced new directors over a couple of its divisions.
Mark B. Steinagel has been appointed director of the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, and Dee H. Johnson has been named director of the Division of Real Estate.
Both appointments are effective June 29.
Steinagel succeeds F. David Stanley, who has retired. Steinagel previously was director over the real estate division, where he served for almost two years. He has held positions with the Office of Legislative Research and General Counsel since 2001.
Johnson has served as the real estate division's chief enforcement officer the past eight years.
