Government to auction off surplus police items

Government surplus and fleet vehicles and other items will be auctioned Friday and Saturday by TNT Auction Co.
The company said Tuesday that the first auction -- featuring exercise equipment, bicycles, electronics and other police evidence - - will start at noon Friday at 2353 N. Redwood Road. Saturday's auction will feature vehicles and heavy equipment. Both events are open to the public.
Online bidding is available for some items. Details are available at www.tntauction.com.
