Episcopal Church's 'junque' sale today
The Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, 1131 S. Main, Centerville, will host a "Junque" rummage and antique sale for charity today from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sale is being conducted jointly with the Bountiful Soroptimist Club. Donations of furniture, cloth, jewelry and other items are being accepted to prepare for the event. Call 801-295-1360 for more information.
St. Stephen's plans barbecue and sale
St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, 5165 S. 3200 West, West Valley City, will hold a barbecue and a garage sale today from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
The public is invited. Proceeds from the garage sale and the cookout will be used for building repairs.

Church to celebrate with piano concert

Utah Aglow to host 'Thunder' weekend
Utah Aglow will host a "Thunder in the Valley," a "Southwest Regional Rally" weekend June 26 - 28 at the Embassy Suites Hotel.
Aglow International is a transdenominational, international, Christian women's organization. Special guest speakers include Jane Hansen Hoyt, President and CEO, and Diane Moder, from Islamic Awareness and Education. The cost is $75 for all sessions or $15 for one session.

Provo Baptist church services open to all
The First Baptist Church of Provo, 1144 W. Columbia Lane, invites the public to its worship and several Bible studies. Sunday School for all ages from babies and toddlers to children and teens to seasoned adults is at 9:45 a.m. The adult class is studying Genesis. The College and Career Class is studying the Ten Commandments.
